Private Host – Luxury Villa Service, Lapland (Winter 2026–2027)

As a Private Host, you are not just supporting the stay. You are the atmosphere of the house.

We are looking for service-minded Private Hosts to join Arctra for the winter season 2026–2027, working with private high-end clients in Rovaniemi.

This role is a combination of hospitality, service, and hands-on villa operations. You will take care of the overall atmosphere and flow of the villa, working closely with guides, chefs, and housekeeping to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Your tasks may include setting and serving meals, assisting the chef and housekeeping when needed, preparing drinks and cocktails, taking care of the sauna, and ensuring that all details in the villa are in place.
