Private Guide – Luxury Tourism, Lapland (Winter 2026-2027)

As a Private Guide, you are not just guiding activities. You are shaping the entire experience.

We are looking for experienced Private Guides to join Arctra for the winter season 2026-2027, working with private high-end clients in Rovaniemi.

This role is hands-on customer service in a luxury tourism environment, where each day is different and every guest experience is fully personalized. You will act as the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.

If you have strong people skills and the ability to adapt to different types of clients with professionalism and ease, you might be exactly who we are looking for.

What the role is like

The role includes long and sometimes irregular working days, especially during the peak Christmas season. As daily schedules are built around the guests and their program, plans may vary and require quick adaptation
