We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in integration and architecture who is ready to drive the evolution of our AI and integration landscape. You'll lead the architectural direction for integration platforms and AI agent systems, working closely with the CIO and supported strategically by the CDO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you both define architecture and implement solutions as you build expertise in emerging patterns.

This role places you at the forefront of AI-driven enterprise architecture. You'll shape how teams across Alma Media build AI-powered solutions through high-impact, visible, and hands-on work. You'll define modern architecture patterns, work with AI agent orchestration and integration platforms, and operate in an international environment with real scale, supported by experienced technology leadership.

Architectural leadership and ownership

Own the integration and AI architecture, defining direction, standards, and patterns

Assess current state, define target architecture, and lead platform evolution

Make key decisions on integration technologies and AI agent orchestration

Establish and lead group-wide AI governance for secure and compliant AI use

Partner with business units to co-create patterns for automations and AI solutions

Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors

Define integration patterns, data models, and API standards

Lead the architecture community and promote best practices
