At Weekday, great imagery starts long before the camera clicks. As our Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our studio production runs smoothly from planning and preparation through to final delivery.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced creative environment and who knows that strong coordination is what enables great results. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across photo- and marketing studios, assortment, and merchandising team, to secure efficient workflows, clear priorities, and high-quality output. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan photo shoots together with relevant stakeholders, ensuring an efficient production timeline, optimized workflow, and smooth delivery of final content.
  • Participate in assortment handovers and ensure that key focus areas are reflected in the production and styling planning for each quarter.
  • Coordinate reshoots needed to strengthen sales in our channels, working cross-functionally with Merchandising team, Assortment and other relevant teams.
  • Prepare and coordinate shoots by prioritizing and selecting products, managing set list preparation, and making sure all garments and products are ready ahead of shoot day.
  • Support the day-to-day studio flow through production administration, product check-in, and coordination across ongoing productions.
  • Handle garment preparation, such as steaming when needed and contribute hands-on to securing the quality and readiness of products in the studio.
  • Manage post-production related tasks such as style-with input for studio shoots, and support garment logistics in close collaboration with the Product Coordinator.
