About the Assignment A newly appointed CIO in a large international financial services environment wants to build a clear, fact-based understanding of the current IT landscape. In this assignment, you will help create a comprehensive view of how the organization’s IT environment works today across a complex global business. You will gather, structure, and analyze information related to systems, processes, data flows, and cost structures, then turn that material into a consolidated current-state assessment. The objective is to give leadership a holistic picture of the IT environment and support better-informed decisions going forward. This is an interesting opportunity to work close to executive stakeholders and bring clarity to a large-scale international IT setup. Job DescriptionYou will collect and analyze information related to the IT landscape across the organization. You will map and structure key processes, data flows, and cost structures.
