You'll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and ML Engineers to build reliable pipelines, improve models, and deliver measurable business impact.</span></p><p><span>You'll work in an environment where AI tools are part of the daily workflow: from accelerating development to exploring new approaches to complex problems. If you're curious, rigorous, and excited about using data and AI to help thousands of travelers find their next adventure, this role is for you.</span></p><p><span><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with Senior team members to learn the algorithms and data structures that power WeRoad's core products, translating business needs into clear goal metrics and cost functions that ensure every model is solving the right problem</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to build production-ready pipelines, evaluate model performance, and monitor model decay, keeping our systems reliable and accurate as travelers' behavior evolves</span></p></li><li><p><span>Co-design, develop, and deploy ML models for clustering, classification, ranking & recommendation, and forecasting directly influencing trip conversion rates, unsold capacity, and which experience each traveler sees, and when</span></p></li><li><p><span>Explore and integrate LLM-based approaches where relevant, from semantic search and embedding-based recommendation to AI-assisted content understanding</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay current with relevant literature, propose new approaches, and use AI tools actively to accelerate development and raise the quality of your output, bringing fresh ideas into WeRoad</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and implement A/B tests with a solid statistical framework to validate hypotheses before full rollout</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Must-have</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Degree in STEM, CS or Economics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fl
