Job Description
We are looking for two motivated and analytical Summer Trainees to support the development of our Performance KPI dashboards and underlying data infrastructure. In this role, you will define KPI descriptions, model dataflows, and implement Power BI dashboards that enhance organizational transparency and decision-making.
You will also actively utilize AI copilots (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI Copilot, GitHub Copilot) to streamline documentation, data modelling, automation, and visualization work.
This position offers hands-on experience with modern BI technologies, AI-assisted development methods, and Agile ways of working in a real product development environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine KPI descriptions and metadata Formalize KPI definitions, data sources, units, update cycles, and ownership.
Ensure consistency and clarity across the KPI catalog.
Model dataflows and data structures Develop and maintain Power BI dataflows, datasets, and supporting models.
Contribute to designing database schemas and pipelines for KPI reporting.
Implement Power BI dashboards Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations tailored for performance follow-up.
Ensure usability, maintainability, and performance of reports.
