We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our Engineering team in OiTec headquarters in Kirkkonummi

As a Project Manager, you will lead test and automation system development projects from planning through execution to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

We are seeking a hands-on professional for a permanent position who combines technical/electrical expertise with a structured approach to project management.

The typical outcome of our projects is a physical test system or automation solution that integrates electronics, mechanics, and software - delivered to the customer fully operational and ready for use. You will work closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Lead test and automation system development projects

Coordinate electronics, mechanical, and software development activities within the project

Take full ownership of project schedule, budget, and overall progress

Plan and manage project scope, resources, and priorities to ensure efficient execution

Facilitate effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Organize project meetings, design reviews, and status updates

Ensure high-quality deliverables through proactive risk identification and mitigation

Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs in a controlled and transparent manner

Close projects systematically and conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned
