Project Controller

We are looking for a Project Controller with a solid accounting background and experience in project controlling to support our Capital Portfolio within Operations.

In this role, you will focus on financial follow-up, cost control, and forecasting across both CAPEX and OPEX projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and support well-informed decision-making in a regulated life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for project activities
  • Support budgeting and ongoing financial follow-up across projects and cost centers
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial data, aligned with accounting principles and internal policies
  • Act as finance support to Project Managers in cost tracking and forecasting
  • Support OPEX planning and follow-up with Line Managers
  • Review and validate project-related costs and purchase requests
  • Maintain financial data in ERP systems and project controlling tools
  • Your Profile
  • You have a strong foundation in accounting combined with hands-on experience in financial and project controlling. You are comfortable working with data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, project controlling, or similar
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or similar environments is an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
