Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Senior Operational Developer to take the helm of our Fighter Support department's operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, coordinate high-impact tasks, and shape the future of maintenance and support solutions for Gripen.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that optimise internal processes and customer-specific support operations, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Innovation and Improvement: Analyse and improve workflows and implement innovative solutions that drive operational success and maintain our competitive edge.
• Product Portfolio Development: Join the development of the Fighter Support Solution product portfolio within Aviation Services, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within BU Aviation Services and our sister BU Gripen, as well as international contacts, to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
• High-Profile Projects: Lead and coordinate tasks in existing Gripen contracts and new market campaigns, focusing on cutting-edge maintenance and support solutions.
