Required Skills: Strong hands-on SAP PM configuration experience (equipment master, maintenance plans, notifications, orders) Working knowledge of integration points with MM, FI/CO, QM, PS, PP Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or similar change management tools Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, etc.) Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (to analyze issues, not necessarily code) Exposure to S/4HANA PM (Asset Management) is a strong plus Knowledge of mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Work Manager, Fiori apps) is a plus Process/Domain: Understanding of plant maintenance business processes: breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, shutdown/turnaround maintenance Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, backlog, PM compliance) Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills to interact with plant/shop-floor users (often non-technical) Ability to manage multiple tickets/priorities under SLA pressure Documentation discipline Stakeholder management across plant operations, IT, and vendor teams Employer offers: Hybrid work model Long-term and stable employment Performance bonus Additional compensation for night shifts and Czech public holidays Meal allowance Multisport card Benefit card Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training opportunities 25 days of paid annual leave Modern office in central Brno with game room, silent zone, and kitchen facilities Expat Assistance Services
