A provider changes their API without warning. Your team catches it before a single customer notices. And the only feedback you get is a question about why the next integration is taking so long.
If that sounds familiar, we should talk.
At Anyfin, we're looking for an Engineering Manager who doesn't just keep the integrations running, but builds the team and the platform that make the next one easier. Someone who can lead people, set technical direction and still be useful in a pull request.
The foundation is built. Now it needs to scale.
Anyfin helps people refinance expensive consumer credit on better terms. Since 2017 we've helped people across Sweden, Finland and Germany take back control of their finances. We're profitable, we have a banking licence that lets us operate across the EU, and we're getting ready to launch new products and enter new markets. Our ambition is to be a pan-European company by 2030.
Almost every one of those steps starts with an integration. A new market means new credit bureaus, banks and payment providers, each with its own formats, quirks and opinions about uptime.
The team is small and intentionally so. We'd rather grow what each engineer can do than how many engineers we have.

You'll lead a small team of engineers building and running the integrations that connect Anyfin to the outside world. You'll own how the team works, what it builds next and how good it gets at it. You'll report to our CTO.
You'll build the team. Hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, feedback and growth. You'll help each engineer get better at what they do and make the team stronger than the sum of its parts.
You'll make integration repeatable. The first integration in a new market shouldn't feel like the first integration ever. You'll shape the patterns, tooling and data contracts that turn each new provider from a project into a routine.
You'll own reliability. When an integration fails, a credit decision or a payout can fail with it. You'll make sure the t
