We are looking for a Process Assistant Engineer to join our Sweden factory and support the daily management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our separator coating processes.

Responsibilities
- As a Process Assistant Engineer, you will support the daily operation and continuous improvement of our slurry, coating and slitting processes. You will work with production and process data, assist in troubleshooting and process validation, and contribute to improving process stability, product quality and production efficiency.
- The role is hands-on and cross-functional, giving you the opportunity to work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and R&D teams while developing your technical and analytical skills in a modern manufacturing environment.
- Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance and optimisation of separator coating processes, including slurry, coating and slitting parameters and other key process conditions.
- Provide technical support to Production and assist in troubleshooting issues related to process parameters, materials and other process abnormalities.
- Collect, organise and analyse production data and key process parameters, identify abnormal trends and support continuous process improvement.
- Assist in process validation and DOE trials, evaluate th
