OX2 Technical and Commercial Management (TCM) is now looking for a Junior Grid Specialist to work together with more experienced colleagues to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our grid-connected assets, supporting both project execution and long-term asset management. This is a 18-months fixed term employment with preferred locations: Tampere, Helsinki, Oulu or Vaasa About OX2 TCM OX2 TCM is one of the largest renewable energy asset managers in Europe, with a track record of more than 15 years and Technical and Commercial Management contracts for almost 8 GW of renewable energy assets consisting of wind, solar and battery storage solutions. About the role With the support from more experience colleagues you will get the possibility to gain holistic view of renewable energy grid asset management and will focus on four key areas: Power System Management – Support construction projects regarding HSE coordination, WTG grid and SCADA interface, grid code compliance process and quality control Electrical Safety – Safety procedures and documentation, potentially in the future act as Electrical Operations Manager when applicable. TSO & DSO Coordination – Manage relationships with grid stakeholders and operational planning. Grid Code Compliance – Ensure operational assets meet grid code
