Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for an experienced and visionary Senior Global Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of the fire, security and access control solutions portfolio within the Digital Energy Solutions business. You will define the portfolio vision, own the product roadmap, guide its technical evolution with engineering, shape the commercial model and drive alignment across adjacent hardware, software and building-management offers.

You will collaborate closely with Program Management, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial Teams. As the owner of this solutions portfolio, you will be accountable for its growth, profitability, competitiveness and lifecycle performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Intelligence

Define the vision and business strategy for the fire, security and access control solutions portfolio. Identify evolving customer needs, market and technology trends, regulatory developments and the competitive landscape across life-safety, security and building automation domains

Identify priority customer segments and use cases, and work with commercial teams to develop growth strategies across fire detection, security management and access control solutions
