Your mission will be to modernize how Jetico builds software: championing AI-assisted development, embedding security-by-design and shaping a unified cross-product architecture. This spans everything from AI-assisted hands-on implementation and refactoring to integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines and team-wide engineering practices.
In this role, you will: Champion practical AI workflows: Drive the adoption of secure, on-prem AI tools and automated practices across the development team.
Own architecture and dependencies: Identify technical debt and manage releases across interconnected products, gradually taking greater ownership of the system.
Engineering support & problem-solving: Collaborate closely with Lead Developers to resolve technical issues, explore existing codebases, and unblock everyday engineering challenges.
