We are looking for a developer to build agentic solutions for our customers' business processes. You will combine software development, data, and business understanding: defining the problem together with the team, building a working solution, evaluating its impact, and improving it based on feedback. The goal is not an impressive demo, but a useful, controlled, and maintainable service.

What will you get to work on?

You build agentic workflows to support areas such as customer work, service delivery, or project work. A solution might compile a situational overview, prepare the next action, or update a system according to an approved operating model.

You develop focused prototypes and take them towards production together with architects, business experts, and the customer.

You develop tools and reusable capabilities for agents, as well as integrations using API and MCP interfaces. You connect solutions to CRM, document sources, and other business systems.

You build information retrieval and context-handling solutions that preserve source information, permissions, freshness, and data provenance.

You implement operational boundaries in code, including access checks, input validation, approval points, and error handling.

You take care of automated testing, evaluation datasets for agents, deployment pipelines, and monitoring. You measure quality, latency, and cost, and ensure that recovery and rollback paths are in place.

What do we expect from you?

A strong foundation in software development and experience taking solutions into production. You know how to build and maintain more than just a prototype.

Experience with API integrations, cloud services, and data processing, as well as skills in technologies such as TypeScript, Python, or C#.
