Responsibilities
- Play a key role in accounting and financial reporting across Nordic entities, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, account reconciliations, and the preparation of accurate financial records
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee tax, statutory, and regulatory accounting matters while ensuring compliance across Nordic legal entities and branches
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient financial operations
- Drive process improvements and finance development initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability within the finance function
