Loyalty & Bonus Manager

Are you passionate about making bonus campaigns smarter, more effective and more data-driven? Do you enjoy turning customer insights into engaging promotions and testing new ways to drive customer activation?

At Veikkaus, we're looking for an experienced Loyalty & Bonus Manager to join our Lottery & Land-based Games business unit, shape our future bonus capabilities and drive more effective customer engagement.

This permanent, full-time role is based at Veikkaus' headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. Our hybrid model includes three on-site days per week, with at least one on a Monday or Friday.

About the role

As Loyalty & Bonus Manager, you'll join our Customer & Loyalty team in a senior, hands-on role combining bonus management, analytical thinking and commercial understanding.

You'll take ownership of our bonus development, bringing in industry best practices and preparing new bonus models and mechanics for launch in the second half of 2027. Alongside this, you'll manage our customer benefits and promotions, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Data and customer insights will guide your work. You'll use analytics to identify opportunities, plan targeted activations and improve results, working closely with CRM, marketing, analytics and business teams.
