Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order to handover, covering design, procurement, and implementation for electrical/automation projects in critical infrastructure.
• Build and manage project teams; organize kick-off and regular meetings to align all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and ensure proactive mitigation of issues.
• Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
