Are you passionate about turning data and AI into real business value? Would you like to build and lead a team of experts while helping clients develop modern data and AI solutions?

We are looking for a Director Consulting Services, Data & AI to strengthen and grow our Data & AI capabilities.

In this role, you will combine business understanding, technology expertise and people leadership. You will lead a small and growing team of specialists, work closely with clients to shape solutions and contribute to the development of CGI's own AI capabilities.

You can bring either a strong business-oriented or technical background. What matters most is your ability to understand client needs, connect business opportunities with technology and turn ideas into practical solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

Build, lead and develop a team of Data & AI experts, including recruiting new team members and supporting their professional growth.

Work with clients to identify opportunities and develop modern data solutions, particularly in Snowflake environments.

Shape and support the delivery of AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Contribute to client engagements, solution development, proposals and sales activities in collaboration with CGI's account and delivery teams.

Help develop CGI's internal AI capabilities, including the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic approaches across the software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with CGI's other expert teams, international network and technology partners to bring the right expertise and solutions to our clients.
