• Technical Strategy & Architecture: Set the long-term frontend vision, shape architectural designs, and drive the tooling roadmap to meet non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Standards & Governance: Define coding standards, design systems, and strategies for code evolution, SDLC security, and multi-team branching/deployment.

While staying hands-on with modern tech, your primary focus is strategic: scaling architectures, defining roadmaps, and elevating engineering standards.
