DevOps Engineer - SIP Core (Voice Platform)

Help us run and evolve a mission-critical SIP platform used by business customers every day. In this role, you ensure stability and availability while actively driving automation and modernization of our voice services. You’ll work in a DevOps setup with real ownership and impact — from operations to continuous improvement. What impact will you have?

Operate and improve SIP-based telecommunication backend systems

Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of voice services

Monitor systems proactively and prevent incidents

Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis

Test and deploy updates, fixes, and improvements

Drive automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency

Contribute to capacity planning and system health checks

Maintain and improve documentation and runbooks

Participate in on-call rotation (Engineer on Duty)
