Responsibilities

• The UK is Lyrebird's most important new market, and you'll own how we show up in it. You'll co-develop Lyrebird's brand strategy and lead its rollout across the UK, covering media, communications, campaigns, research, partnerships, agency and budget management, and the brand measurement that proves it's working. You'll also own the creative bar for everything Lyrebird makes globally. That means the taste and quality of the work, plus the operations, agencies and systems that let in-house and external teams produce world-class creative at pace. This is a senior leadership hire at a foundational moment: you'll shape how Lyrebird looks, sounds and feels as it scales.
• This role suits someone who moves easily between thinking about the brand and the category and caring about the quality of a single frame. You'll enjoy setting strategy in one meeting and art-directing in the next.
