About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Renewal Manager – Public Sector DACH to own and accelerate commercial success across our growing public sector customer base in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In this strategic role, you will serve as the commercial engine of the customer lifecycle, protecting and growing recurring revenue (ARR). You will manage end-to-end renewal strategies, lead complex contract and pricing negotiations, and navigate the intricate purchasing structures of federal, state, and municipal entities. Working in close partnership with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Legal, and Public Sector specialists, you will ensure predictable revenue retention while driving account expansion.
