Senior AI Solution Specialist
About this role
Do you want to help an entire organisation turn AI opportunities into solutions that deliver real business value, while still building those solutions yourself?
As Senior AI Solution Specialist at Sunweb Group, you take the lead on our more complex AI initiatives. You turn ambiguous business challenges into working prototypes and scalable solutions, while helping shape how we use AI across the organisation.
You’ll join our five-person Architecture team and work closely with the AI PMO, connecting business teams with architecture, product, engineering, data and security.
This is a hands-on senior role. Seniority here means tackling more complex challenges, having greater autonomy and impact, and helping others grow. It doesn’t mean stepping away from the technology. You’ll still design, prototype and build.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI discovery. Turn unclear, cross-functional or strategically important business challenges into concrete AI opportunities. Take them from problem definition and validation through to a working prototype.
- Build AI solutions. Design and develop agents, assistants and automated workflows that connect different departments, data sources and systems.
