What you’ll get to doAs a Senior Product Engineer, you will own the full product lifecycle from problem definition to user impact. You’ll be continuously shipping production-grade solutions with AI capabilities directly to users, as well as driving AI-accelerated development workflows across backend and frontend systems, and championing modern software engineering principles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Define: Work backwards from outcomes, identify high-leverage problems, engage directly with users, and establish clear success metrics before writing code.</li><li>Build: Deliver full-stack solutions using AI-accelerated tooling, robust architecture, feature flags, and built-in security and observability.</li><li>Launch: Ship rapidly to real users, measure post-launch behavior change, and iterate fast until user outcome metrics move.</li><li>Champion ways-of-working with AI: Lead by example in adopting AI-driven development practices, mentor fellow engineers, and help transform how our teams build software.</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>You navigate ambiguity comfortably to turn high-level user needs into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>You possess strong product judgment, prioritizing user impact and fast feedback loops over pure execution speed.</li><li>You are an enthusiastic advocate for AI-accelerated development and modern developer tooling, eager to demonstrate what great looks like and inspire others.</li><li>You have a strong track record of full-stack execution (backend and frontend) and owning product areas end-to-end.</li><li>You enjoy mentoring less experienced colleagues, fostering alignment through collaboration, and building a culture of trust and technical excellence.</li></ul>What’s in it for you?Hybrid work This position is for the Stockholm office.
