Job Responsibilities

As a designer, you will work with practical problem-solving in dedicated cross-functional teams in various areas with different stakeholders. With our global setup, we cooperate daily with all our Red Arrow Teams in Sweden, Brazil, Poland and China. In the team, you will become an important player in improving our products with the customer in mind to maintain the Scania quality and efficiency. You will take the design responsibility in the cross-functional team working with problem-solving, concept development and testing.

As a result of the variety of assignments, you can expect a large network of contacts all over Scania and a broad technical knowledge.

Who You Are

You have a technical education at university level.

You have an interest in technology and you are curious to both broaden your technical skills and develop your leadership skills.

You are a senior designer, preferable on senior professional level 1.

You need to enjoy both working independently and collaborating with others
