Head of Product

At Verda, we're building a full-stack AI cloud, covering everything from data centers and hardware to our own cloud platform that the world's leading AI teams use to do serious AI work. We strive to make a positive mark on the world through the infrastructure we build and give leading teams a service they can truly depend on. Headquartered in Helsinki, we operate globally with offices in London and San Francisco. Join Verda while it's still being built - not once it's finished.

About the role

As Head of Product you own product direction and priorities for the cloud platform: which problems deserve our attention, what success looks like, and what we should stop doing. Your scope spans the experience that brings our cloud together: console, APIs, SDKs and CLI, identity and access, billing, and the shared capabilities behind our products.

Product managers report to you, and you'll build out the product team as we grow. Engineering leads across our products align with you on product questions. You take an active part in shaping product decisions and agree priorities and sequencing with engineering leaders, who own technical direction. You'll work closely with Design, Data Analytics, Sales, Customer Support, and Product Marketing.

We're looking for someone who knows this market, stays close to customers, and can turn that understanding into clear product priorities. You'll help us improve the platform, develop new capabilities, and grow the business by making Verda a product customers choose and keep using.

Your responsibilitiesSet clear product goals: Translate company strategy into a small number of measurable cloud outcomes, then connect those outcomes to team roadmaps. Give teams enough clarity to make good decisions themselves.

Stay close to customers and the market: Build a continuous loop of customer conversations, usage data, support feedback, and competitive research. Understand why people choose us, where they get stuck, and why they leave.
