Smart Edu Bridge Oy is looking for a fluent Finnish speaking Program Lead to support our ongoing project that builds pathways between Finnish employers, candidates and vocational institutes, leading to educational training and development opportunities.
About the role
You will coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, act as a key link between employers, vocational schools, and learners, and help ensure smooth delivery of educational training pathways and development.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development by generating leads, engaging stakeholders, and developing partnerships with Finnish employers and vocational institutions.
- Strong sales and business development experience is essential, with a proven ability to convert leads into business opportunities and partnerships.
- Technical and Vocation Training experience/background is mandatory, with a good understanding of vocational education, skills development, and employment pathways.
- Build relationships with employers and recruiters, promote training and career opportunities, and support learner–employer matching.
- Profile we’re looking for
- Experience in Sales, project support, or administration.
- Understanding of vocational education and educational training and development pathways or apprenticeships is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent Finnish and English;
- Interest in international education, talent development, and the Finnish work environment.
