Responsibilities

• As a Junior Recruiter, you will be the first voice candidates hear from the company. You will call new applicants quickly, introduce the opportunity with energy and confidence, and run short screening calls so the strongest people move forward without delay.
• This is an entry point into recruiting, and no previous recruiting experience is needed. You’ll work closely with the Head of People, splitting your time between the Berlin office and home. It’s ideal for someone who loves talking to people, moves fast, and wants to learn recruiting from the ground up.
• Call new applicants within 24 hours to keep interest high
• Give a clear, friendly phone introduction to the company and the role
• Run short
