Responsibilities

• As a Candidate Outreach Specialist, you will turn new applications into real conversations. You’ll pick up the phone fast, pitch the opportunity with energy, and qualify candidates so only the best move forward.
• If you’ve worked in phone sales, customer service or hospitality and enjoy hitting targets through great conversations, this role will feel natural. You’ll work with the Head of People and split your week between the Berlin office and home. Attitude and speed matter far more than job titles here.
• Contact every new applicant within 24 hours to maximise conversion
• Pitch the company and the role clearly and persuasively over the phone
• Qualify candidates on fit and skill lev
