Responsibilities

• As a Talent Scout, your job is simple: find the great people hidden in a stream of new applications. You’ll call applicants fast, make them excited about the opportunity, and spot who’s a strong fit.
• It’s a people-first, phone-heavy role for someone with a good ear for character and plenty of energy. You’ll work with the Head of People from the Berlin office and home. Previous recruiting experience isn’t required. The right attitude is.
