We’re looking for a Head of Enablement to build and lead the function that educates thousands of users on Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. Our clients buy Aveni for their advice and compliance teams and your job is to win them over with programmes that are engaging, scalable, and genuinely useful.
Responsibilities
- 60% Framework & Process: Process design, programme architecture, and training automation.

Our user base has grown to thousands of users on Assist alone, and a single client can have 2,500 users to train. You’ll design how enablement works at Aveni - the processes, standards, tooling, and team structure - and maybe even launch an Aveni Certification across different user types.
