As our business continues to grow, so does the complexity of our financial operations. We are now looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Accountant to join our global Finance team and play an important role in our continued growth. About the role As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be an important part of our Accounting team, responsible for day-to-day AP activities across our Swedish and international entities. You will help ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on time, payments are handled efficiently, and vendor relationships are well managed. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and stakeholders throughout the organisation, giving you broad exposure to our international business. We are on an exciting journey of developing and modernising our current processes, with a strong focus on leveraging AI, and you will play an active part in shaping this transformation. Your responsibilities Verify, process and record vendor invoices for Swedish and international Instabee entities Ensure invoices are correctly coded, approved and recorded Manage and book vendor payments Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items Handle vendor queries and invoice- and payment-related questions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely approvals Support month-end closing, AP reporting and reconciliations Maintain accurate vendor records and d
