We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Finland) to drive the future of our digital products, solutions and services. This is a strategic role with significant influence on business growth, innovation, and product success across the entire lifecycle.

The role is ideally based in Oulu, where we work in a flexible hybrid model. However, we are also open to remote candidates within Finland, with occasional visits to our Oulu office.

What you would do as Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a portfolio of products, services, and digital solutions. You will work closely with development teams, sales, marketing, customers, and senior stakeholders to ensure our offerings remain high-performing, scalable, and aligned with market needs.

You would also:Define and drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for hardware and software products, solutions, and services.

Identify new business opportunities and transform customer needs into successful market offerings.

Lead product prioritization and decision-making processes to maximize business value and market impact.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and external partners to support commercialization and product growth.

Own product performance, profitability, regulatory compliance, and information security throughout the lifecycle.

The skills and experience you need
