We're now looking for a Product Marketing Lead, Software & SaaS to join us at our HQ in Tampere. In this hands-on role, you will bridge tech and marketing, turning product features into simple, compelling stories that drive software adoption and subscription growth.
Responsibilities
- Translate tech into value: Convert technical product roadmaps and release notes into clear, easy-to-understand value propositions for customers.
- Execute go-to-market: Develop marketing messaging for software releases, feature updates, and connected smart pod launches to increase software adoption and drive subscription growth.
- Write, hands-on: Draft product copy, website feature pages, pitch decks, solution briefs, and release communications.
- Enable sales and partners: Build battlecards, objection-handling guides and product comparisons, and turn them into narratives that energize internal sales teams and dealers worldwide.
- Stay close to the market: Conduct competitive benchmarking and gather customer insights to continuously refine product messaging.

- You'll succeed in this role if you:
- Have hands-on product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, tech or digital products
- Write exceptionally well and can make engineering concepts simple and engaging
- Think commercially and see every feature through the customer's eyes
- Are a curious, get-things-done team player who enjoys experimenting and working across functions
- Communicate fluently in English
- Are happy to travel about once a quarter for industry events and customer visits
