People Transformation & Projects Lead - Help us connect strategy, people and execution

We are looking for a People Transformation & Projects Lead to join our People Technology, Analytics & Process Excellence team . This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working across organizational boundaries, solving complex challenges, manage stakeholders and driving meaningful change.

This is not a traditional P&C/HR role .

Instead, you will work at the intersection of People & Culture and other business functions where you will act as a bridge between teams, helping different stakeholders align around common goals and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into practical solutions and measurable results.
