Mechanical Engineering Manager
About this role
Enersense Engineering is currently looking for an Engineering Manager with a mechanical engineering background to support our client's engineering activities in Porvoo, Finland. This is a part-time assignment with a start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in mechanical engineering, experience coordinating engineering activities and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee mechanical engineering activities
Support engineering planning, scheduling and resource coordination
Review technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables
Coordinate with project teams, clients and other engineering disciplines
Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements
Identify technical challenges and support problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in mechanical engineering in process industry environment
- Experience in engineering coordination, project management or technical leadership
- Good understanding of engineering documentation and project execution
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
