We're looking for a Head of Analytics & Insights to join our Betting and iCasino Digital Channels leadership team and elevate data-driven decision-making across our digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead the integration of end-to-end experience, behavioral, and digital performance insights to deliver deep, actionable intelligence that shapes product, design, and business strategy across our digital channels. You'll inspire and empower a team of professionals, fostering a culture of experimentation, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous learning - ensuring every player experience is insight-driven, discoverable, and aligned with Best-in-Class iGaming standards, while driving responsible growth and innovation.
