Responsibilities
- Systems Engineer responsible for defining and maintaining product requirements, component interfaces, and end-to-end requirements traceability for the Medium Voltage Solid State Transformer (MVSST) product development projects. Ensures requirements are clear, allocated, verifiable, and covered by verification and validation activities throughout product development.
- Develop and maintain system, subsystem, and component requirements based on customer, product, regulatory, and stakeholder needs.
- Define, document, and maintain electrical, mechanical, firmware, control, communication, and functional interfaces between system components.
- Support the model-based systems engineering approach and maintain requirements and interface models in the selected engineering tools.
- Allocate requirements to relevant subsystems and engineering disciplines in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Establish and maintain bidirectional traceability from stakeholder needs and product requirements to design outputs, test cases, and verification evidence.
