Your mission

We are looking for an entrepreneurial C&I Sales Lead (m/f/d) to bring Ostrom's green energy revolution from households to businesses.

Ostrom is one of Germany's fastest-growing digital energy suppliers, with a proprietary Virtual Power Plant (VPP), AI-driven trading and award-winning customer service. Now we are bringing this full stack to commercial and small-scale industrial (C&I) customers.

You own the sales side of this new business line end to end: go-to-market, pipeline, winning and growing our first C&I clients and building the sales team.
