About the position
We at Perido are now looking for a Technical Property Manager to join our client's team, an exciting and forward-thinking company in the automotive industry. The position is based in Gothenburg.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day property operations, including incidents, service requests, and inspections of facilities and outdoor areas to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, renovations, refurbishments, and facility upgrades
- Manage minor facility projects, office adaptations, relocations, and workplace improvements, including project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and follow-up to ensure delivery according to agreed requirements
- Coordinate external service providers and contractors across areas such as construction, electrical services, water systems, and cleaning, while monitoring service quality, delivery performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities, safety inspections, audits, and compliance routines, and develop and follow up on cleaning plans and workplace standards
- Participate in property councils and contribute recommendations supporting long-term facility management and real estate strategies
- Coordinate facility administration, including property-related expenses, office services, parking allocation, and workplace support
- Evaluate property-related opportunities and investments, including cost-benefit analyses, to support business decisions
