Role Summary This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract and secure top talent. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing market insight, recruitment expertise and strategic guidance to support informed hiring decisions. Beyond sourcing candidates, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment process, from understanding business requirements and developing hiring strategies through to offer negotiation, contract issuance and onboarding coordination. You will ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes that support EOS's growth across the region.
