This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team supporting some of the largest and most advanced data center projects across Finland and the Nordic region.
Responsibilities
- As a Field Service Engineer , you will play a key role in large-scale data center projects, working as a UPS systems commissioning engineer and providing first-class commissioning services as part of project and commissioning teams.
- You are a professional electrician, a strong team player, and someone who enjoys technical challenges in critical power environments.
- The role includes travel across the Nordic region as required (approximately 25%).
- You will be responsible for overseeing data center commissioning activities on behalf of Eaton Field Service, both within the local service unit and, where required, across the wider regional cluster.
- Provide the highest level of technical expertise in all data center commissioning activities.
- Support and train local Field Service Engineers.
- Manage key account technical escalations, providing support to both engineers and customers, including site visits when required.
- Drive escalations through to resolution and provide technical feedback where necessary.
- Work closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and supporting the selection of suitable engineers.
