As part of a newly evolving recruitment function, you will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates across a wide range of professional and technical roles.
Responsibilities
- As HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes and supporting the business in attracting and hiring top talent. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers while helping to build consistent and effective recruitment practices across the organization.
- In addition to day-to-day recruitment activities, you will contribute to the implementation of a new recruitment operating model and play an active role in improving ways of working, candidate experience, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of professional and technical positions
- Partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, e.g. providing expert support and guidance throughout the interview process.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Supporting the development of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
- Contributing to recruitment-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promoting a positive and professional candidate
