Community Growth Trainee (Social Media, International Communities) – Remote

AINIQ is looking for a Community Growth Trainee to help grow our presence in English-speaking online communities worldwide. If you can communicate naturally in other languages, you can also help build communities in those languages. You will learn how to find relevant conversations, join them in a way that fits the community, and see which work brings engaged visitors and users to a new service.
AINIQ.app creates a digital model of how a person thinks: a digital twin. The twin helps people understand themselves, explore decisions and reflect on relationships. In this role, you will help people discover AINIQ in communities where these topics are already being discussed.
What will you do?
Find relevant English-speaking groups and conversations on Facebook, Reddit and other channels chosen together. Explore additional language communities where your language skills allow you to participate naturally.
Write discussion starters, comments and short posts that fit each community and give its members something useful or interesting.
Help build and grow online groups and communities around AINIQ, and adapt approved AINIQ content for different channels and audiences.
Reply to comments and bring questions and feedback from international communities back to the team.
Track which conversations create engagement and bring people to the service. Record results and suggest what to try next.
A typical day may involve finding relevant discussions, preparing a few replies and checking how earlier posts performed. Some of the work is repetitive: you return to the same channels, follow conversations and improve the approaches that work.
