Your Mission
Help us build the organisation that accelerates the energy transition. As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll
enable leaders to build high-performing teams that help us scale faster and bring clean, reliable power to more
people. You'll own a broad set of leader relationships across our organisation, help us build a genuine performance
culture, and grow our leadership capability. You'll do this in a global, fast-moving scale-up where the bar is high
and the pace is real.
What you’ll own
Leader Partnerships:
Own a broad portfolio of leader relationships across functions and levels from Heads of to VP - as a genuine thought partner, not a service provider.
Translate business context into people priorities: org questions, team dynamics, capability gaps, hiring decisions.
Handle ER cases, employment questions, probation conversations, manager coaching with good judgment and speed.
Drive Performance Culture:
