<li>Define global QA strategy, test objectives, quality gates, and risk-based testing methodologies for major project milestones.</li>

<li>Integrate QA into early development planning to ensure quality is a core part of the feature lifecycle rather than just final validation.</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Mentor and develop a high-performing team of QA Leads and testers, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.</li>

<li>Manage both internal and external QA resources effectively to meet project demands.</li>

<li>Oversee comprehensive test execution across functional, gameplay, performance, stability, multiplayer, and platform certification areas.</li>
