About the Role
You will directly impact small business growth by evaluating credit applications and guiding German-speaking entrepreneurs through tailored financing solutions. This role bridges direct customer engagement with financial assessment, giving you end-to-end ownership of customer onboarding and credit execution in a rapidly scaling market.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business loan applications by analyzing operational performance and credit risk in partnership with underwriting.
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email to ensure fast and transparent loan processing.
- Structure customized financing proposals that align with applicant business models and cash flow requirements.
- Develop long-term customer relationships through proactive account management and product portfolio adoption.
- Transition into full credit underwriting authority to independently approve and manage small business loans over time.
